The GORE-TEX® Culinary Series — Paris
For its second stop, the GORE-TEX® Brand brought the Culinary Series to Paris during Fashion Week in June 2025, in partnership with Kolam Paris, a Sri Lankan street food spot. Conceived and produced by Beinghunted., the lunch was designed as a deliberate break from the week’s pace: an offbeat street-side table in place of the usual show-season routine.
More than 100 guests spilled out onto the street, a mix of key opinion leaders, brand partners, creatives, and friends of the brand. The whole thing happened outdoors, and that was the charm: over a spread of Sri Lankan dishes, small bites, and desserts, the gathering stayed casual and conversational, a welcome pause amid the rush of Fashion Week.
Guests left with exclusively designed pieces: a co-branded T-shirt made with the Kolam team, and a collectible patch. The patch marked the start of an ongoing collectible idea designed to grow with every future stop, giving the Culinary Series a small thread of continuity that travels from city to city.
The Culinary Series reads each city on its own terms rather than imposing a template, and Paris made the case plainly: during a week built on spectacle and speed, the most disarming move was an unbranded street-food lunch, eaten outdoors, with none of the usual staging. The collectible patch added a quiet second layer, turning a one-off gathering into the first piece of a growing set, a low-key reason for the community to follow the series from one stop to the next.
